Rental Policies:  

• All rates subject to 13.42% Hawaii Accomodations Tax.

• 20% Advance Payment Required with Reservation.

• Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

• Cleaning/booking fees: $145

• Minimum 3 night stay required.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out time is 11:00 am. 

• LATE CHECK-OUTS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE!!

• All rates and taxes are subject to change until reservation is complete.

• No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

     
    
Cancellation Policy:   
For cancellations received 61+ days prior to arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained.   If the property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued, less the 20% cancellation fee. In all cases, the  20% fee will be calculated based on TOTAL of contract amount, not amount paid.
