 Dreaming of Hawaii? Please consider staying at our lovely vacation condominium in sunny, South Maui. Located right across the street from Kamaole I beach, AKA Charley Young Beach, one of the best beaches on all of Maui. Remodeled and updated in 2007, including a new air conditioner, new paint, all new furniture, 2 quiet and VERY efficient ceiling fans, a flat screen TV with digital cable, and comfortable island decor. BRAND NEW KING SIZE BED ADDED IN APRIL 2010!! Many of the prints hanging throughout were taken by us, and show the incredible beauty that surrounds us on Maui. Go explore and find YOUR paradise!
The following is a list of items you will find upon arrival at our Maui home...
- 1BR/ 1 bathroom - King bed in BR/futon bed in LR/air mattress
- Washer / Dryer - Full kitchen w/stove, fridge, microwave, etc.
- Sheets / bath towels - Pots / pans / dishes / utensils
- Coffee maker / blender - Beach bucket / shovels
- Beach chairs/mats/towels - Flotation noodles/rolling cooler
- Flat screen TV /DVD / stereo - extensive DVD collection
- Hair blowdryer - Boogie boards
- Brand new Air Conditioner - Ceiling fans in LR and BR
- compact "pack-n-play" for use as a crib (please bring your own crib sheets)
 VERY IMPORTANT: WE HAVE PROVIDED DIGITAL PHONE SERVICE WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO NOT ONLY MAKE UNLIMITED LOCAL CALLS, YOU CAN ALSO CALL ANYWHERE IN HAWAII, THE MAINLAND U.S. AND CANADA FOR FREE!! YES, I SAID FREE!! THERE IS ALSO UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET IN OUR UNIT. SO, FEEL FREE TO SPEND A LITTLE TIME WORKING OR SURFING THE WEB WHILE YOU ARE HERE (computer not provided).
 The lanai looks over a grassed courtyard area, and the unit is just far enough away from the pool to not have noise, but be very convenient. The best thing about being in building 1 though, is the beach access! It just can't be any easier to get to the beach. You don't even have to drive! Grab your towel, walk out the door, across the street, down a short path, and you are there! No worrying about what you can and can't safely leave in your car. No worrying about your purse sitting on your beach chair while you are in the ocean. Hungry? Thirsty? Need a break? A short walk (and I do mean short) and you are back in your room.

NORMAL RATES: The nightly rate varies by the season, how long you are staying, any current specials, etc. However, here is the basic idea of rates...
- SPRING SEASON: April 1st - May 31st ............$95/night
- SUMMER SEASON: June 1st - August 31st....... $105/night
- FALL SEASON: September 1st - December 14th.........$95/night
- WINTER SEASON: December 15th - March 31st..........$130/night
Stays of 21 nights or more will receive 10% off the nightly rate, plus the cleaning/booking fee of $135 will be waived!

 VERY IMPORTANT NOTE! This unit is strictly NON-SMOKING, and we appreciate your cooperation in this. Also, according to Hawaii law, the lanai and common areas are also non-smoking, so please refrain from lighting up anywhere, inside or out. Mahalo!
